Co-Founder and Programme Director

Tim Daines is a seasoned AI product leader with over 20 years’ experience delivering strategies and solutions for AWS, McKinsey’s QuantumBlack, startups, and Fortune 500 companies. He has driven £2.9M in annual NHS savings, scaled a healthcare AI platform from 10K to 22.5M patients, led innovation workshops with global executives, and structured AI delivery teams for a $989B energy transformation. Known for making complex AI concepts actionable, Tim equips leaders and teams with the skills and strategies to move from experimentation to enterprise-scale success.

Aya Aker

Co-Founder and Strategy Director

​Aya Aker is an education and technology leader with over a decade of experience delivering large-scale learning programmes. She has successfully led complex, multimillion-dollar projects  for governments, training institutes and edtech companies, spanning curriculum design, assessment, teacher training, and large-scale digital transformation. Since 2021, she has mentored tech entrepreneurs at Cambridge Judge Business School. She works fulltime with an AI start-up SKC Studios as Regional Director. She blends global education expertise with emerging tech to create practical, results-driven solutions for today’s tech leaders.
